The story of THEmediocres began in 2005 with an office jam session that included a motley orchestra of instruments: from guitars, pianos, horns and even a washtub. Encouraged by this auspicious beginning a band soon formed. Much to the surprise of skeptical co-workers, the group’s musicianship and energy exceeded expectations.
Thus the name THEmediocres emerged!
The band has evolved over the years, but has stayed true to its roots: strong funky rhythms, searing guitars and vocals that will melt ice. Most importantly, THEmediocres maintain an eclectic mix of rock, soul, pop and blues. From non-profit fundraisers to corporate parties and night spot gigs, the band is dedicated to lighting up any party or event.
